Too much of anything is never a good thing. Unfortunately it?s no different when it comes to the our womanly hormone estrogen. An overproduction can pose serious health condition. If the production level of estrogen is not well balanced, it may block the thyroid hormones and cause under-active thyroid conditions.
A common symptom for under-active thyroids is fatigue and stress can also create a high activity level causing overactive thyroids hormones.
